February 2015 minutes were approved

Old Business
-Heritage Park – Donna continues to email National Grid for updates: per National Grid this is in final design stage and looking for construction phase to start April 15th. Thank you Donna for all your help on this project.
-Spring cleanup of Heritage Park project for C.O.P.S. will contact Patricia Brosius or Brad Rowles and will try to get students involved.
-Continue to call in street lights to National Grid.
New Business
-Nicole Ennett, M.Ed. for C.H.A.N.T. (Community Health Alliance of North Tonawanda) talked about her organization and ask C.O.P.S. to support them for a DFC Grant to be used to support drug related issues, concerns and education in North Tonawanda. It was agreed to support them.
-Debby Schnitzer from the YWCA spoke about domestic violence. A donation of $100.00 was given to the group and further donations would be discussed but monies would be better used to support needy families in North Tonawanda. We would like the speakers from organization who assist in the betterment of North Tonawanda.
-Talked about finding out who owns the flower pots on Oliver St to see if they can be updated and maintained.
- Redeemer Lutheran Church updated C.O.P.S. page in the newsletter. Thank you Pastor Dave.

- Finance Committee report provided by Chair, Leslie Bowen:
- Current amount in treasury: $433.86
Split club 46.00 (23.00 donated back by Steve Ash)

- Still looking for ways to publicize meetings.
